Return & Exchange
Please not that only defective products will be issued for a full refund (returned or exchanged without paying shipping fee).
To start the refund process, you need to first email email@example.com with photos of the defective product, and explain which part of the product is defective. Once we receive your email, a refund label will be sent, and a full refund or replacement will be issued after we receive the package.
The return process may take up to 14 days, your bank or credit card provider can take up to 7-10 business days to issue the funds back to your account.
Any reason other than “defective products'' will not be eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please measure your pup’s neck, chest, back length to choose the right size before you make the purchase. Don't hesitate to chat with us on the website or send us an email if you need suggestions on colors and sizes.
For non-customized products:
Unopened packages (stickers attached in original condition) will be accepted for a refund or exchange, but you will have to pay for the shipping label for both return and re-ship.
For customized products:
Any reason other than "defective products" or "wrong customization message/design" will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Due to our system limitations, an order cannot be modified once it’s confirmed. However, you can request a cancellation by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org before the order is fulfilled or shipped.
Please note that returns are only accepted within 7 days after your order is delivered.
